Points for use of bench-top type Freeze Dryer :
1. The bench-top type Freeze Dryer must use an independent power outlet with good grounding.
2. The bench-top type Freeze Dryer must work at an ambient temperature of 5-30 ℃, which is conducive to extending the life of the compressor, the compressor will cause damage to the compressor for a long time above 30 ℃.
3. The secondary start of the refrigeration system must be in 3 minutes, which is beneficial to the life of the press.
4. If the tray and the external lyophilized bottle are used at the same time, put the pallet material first, wait half an hour, then refrigerate the temperature at -50 ℃ or -80 ℃, and the pressure is 30mTorr, then external lyophilized bottle, so as not to melt the material.
5. The material must be frozen, the pre-freezing temperature is better than -30 ℃, freeze-dried samples of non-aqueous solubles (such as organic solubles) or more than 80% high-concentration sugars and other samples that are not easy to freeze must be at- Pre-freeze in the pre-freezing room below 80 ℃, the pre-freezing time is not less than 24 hours, preferably more than 48 hours.
6. When the lyophilized bin is removed, it must be placed gently on soft objects such as rubber to prevent the plexiglass from being damaged and leaking vacuum.
7. The amount of materials put is related to the level of the ambient temperature. The temperature of the cold trap is -55 ℃ to -40 ℃ or -85 ℃ to -80 ℃ and the vacuum degree is normal at 5-100mTorr.
8. When the air is backfilled, please adjust the pressure of the vacuum backfill gas to 0.5Kg or less.
9. The distance between bench-top type Freeze Dryer and wall surface ≥ 30cm.
10. It is forbidden to put other heat dissipation equipment near the bench-top type Freeze Dryer , which will cause the refrigeration system to be unable to dissipate heat, resulting in the instrument not working and the compressor being damaged.
11. After the equipment is placed stably, press down the caster holder.
12. Observe the oil level and oil quality of the vacuum pump before operation.
13. Pumping will block the drain pipe, and the adapter system will be closed, otherwise it will cause damage to the vacuum pump.
14. Compressor and condenser fins are regularly dedusted.
