With the development of vacuum freeze-drying technology, the operation of laboratory freeze-drying equipment has far-reaching significance in laboratory research fields such as life sciences, medical pharmaceuticals, food, aquatic products, biochemistry, environmental science and archaeology.
Precautions for the operation of laboratory freeze dryer equipment:
(1) Do not use if it is not installed correctly
(2) Do not use when there is no panel
(3) Do not use without permission
(4) Do not use the shelf
(5) Corrosive substances cannot be lyophilized without special safety measures. Even if there is protection, it is guaranteed that the host material will not corrode and will not reduce the mechanical strength of the cold trap, drying chamber, cover and other accessories.
(6) Producers are not allowed to add accessories in addition to some glass or plastic containers. Do not use if the container is of poor quality. It is very dangerous if the container bursts when lyophilized.
(7) Do not use the lyophilizer in areas where there is a risk of explosion.
(8) Do not hit or move during use, and do not lean on or rest on it.
(9) Do not place potentially dangerous objects such as bottles containing liquids near the lyophilizer.
(10) Samples that can react with the energy supplied during lyophilization cannot be dried.
(11) Do not freeze dry or flammable samples.
(12) Contagious, toxic, pathogenic and radioactive substances must be placed in suitable containers to dry.
