    This LGJ-18 Multi Manifold Top Press Type Experimental Freeze Dryer is widely used in medicine, pharmacy, biology research, chemical industry and food production ,etc. After the freeze drying process,a long term preservation is much easier. They can be restored to the original state and mantain their chemical and biological characteristics after being watered. It is suitable for experiment in laboratory and small amount production ,and can meet the regular freeze dying requirements of the most laboratories.

    LGJ-18 Multi Manifold Standard Type Experimental Freeze Dryer  Applications
      It combines the features of top-press type and multi-manifold type on the standard type base.
      · Suitable for freeze drying of bulk (liquid, pasty, solid) conventional substances;
      · Suitable for the drying of vials' materials. When preparing for lyophilization, the materials are put into vials according to requirements. Freeze drying is performed with the unsealed vials'lid. After finishing the drying,the vials' lid is compacted to avoid secondary pollution, re-adsorption of water, easy to long-term storage;
      Put the flask outside the drying chamber to dry the inner wall frozen material. The flask is as a container and connected to the manifold outside the drying chamber. The material in the flask is heated by room temperature . The flask can be removed or loaded at any time without downtime by the multi-manifold switch.
